To ensure fair and quality consultation for every patient who visits us, we kindly request you to go through the following important points.
Saturdays are extremely busy — longer waiting times are expected.
Every patient must be registered separately, including family members.
Follow-up / report review is a full consultation and follows the regular queue.
Medical emergencies are given priority before referral to a hospital.
Reason for Longer Waiting Time
- Phone appointments have been tried many times, but patients often don't follow their allotted appointment time — this delays walk-in patients and causes frustration for everyone.
- Many patients coming from rural areas prefer to visit the clinic directly. Due to heavy traffic on Nagar Road, they too are often unable to follow a fixed appointment time.
- Every patient's time is valuable — whether they are from society or a rural area, working or non-working, young or old. We try our best to be fair to all.

Registration Policy
Every patient must be registered separately. Additional family members who are not registered will not be accommodated immediately.
Follow-Up & Report Review
A follow-up visit or report review is treated as a regular consultation and follows the same queue as all other patients.
Medical Emergencies
Medical emergencies are given priority for primary treatment before being referred to a hospital.
